The Designer Program gives everyone an opportunity to showcase their unique designs in front of our amazing community. This program empowers all to gauge market interest, build a following, and bring their dreams to life. Sign up to make a difference today!

Where do I find blanks to mockup?

You can find blank apparel to edit for mockups in the 'Blanks' Collection. One you download and edit your blank you can upload them in the Merchant Program form.

How to get your product listed?

After choosing your package and inputing the essential information such as product photos and designs, pricing information, descriptions, brand logos, and rarity. Your product will be listed within 24 hrs and will be ready to be shared and to start earning.

What is ad spend and how do I use it?

Upon signing up for your subscription, we automatically set aside at least 20% as a budget to spend on ads promoting your products. If your design does well we will increase the ad spend budget to match the demand for the item. 

How to remove your product listed?

Send an email to trueselectca@gmail.com using the same email your account is under. Please include your name, product name, and reason for removing your product.

What rarity will my apparel be once published?

When signing up for your packag, you will get the option to choose the rarity of your apparel drop. The rarity you choose determines how many can be produced and sold. You are limited on the rarity you pick, based on the program you are signed up for. We will contact you if there is any issues with your submission.

How do I price my products?

You are free to list your designs at nealry any price. The base price that you can not mark your products under is $15 CAD. 

How do I check my products analytics?

You can request your monthly analytics by emailing us at trueselectca@gmail.com. Simply reach out, and we'll promptly provide the data within 72 hours for the months you need, helping you stay informed on your performance.

What countries have the Merchant Program available?

The Designer Program is now available in any country! With our customer base targeted in the USA and Canada, this allows us to access the best of the best designers and brands from all over the world. PayPal payment processing is required for any recipients that sign up outside of Canada*

How to get payed?

After purchasing your subscription, you’ll receive an email requesting your E-Transfer email or phone number and/or PayPal information. This allows us to process your payments efficiently. You’ll receive your payout at the end of each month, ensuring timely and secure transactions for your earnings. For our PayPal recipients, there may ba transaction fee of 2.9% and/or a potential conversion rate fee for the USA creators.

How much does each affiliate sale make?

Each sale earns a flat $5 commission, which can be withdrawn upon request. Analytics are available on your affiliate dashboard, where you can track sales and view your earnings in real time.

How do I become an affiliate marketer?

To become a TrueSelect™ affiliate marketer, simply sign up for our Affiliate Program. Once your application is approved, you'll receive a unique link to use for promoting our products. This link allows you to track your referrals accurately and earn commissions on any sales generated through your marketing efforts.
