Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

TrueSelect™ offers domestic standard shipping on all orders. Delivery takes 3-12 days, and if your order exceeds 12 days for delivery, you'll receive $5 CAD in store credit as a reward for the delay. Please note that shipping times do not account for the 0-1 day order handling time.

Shipping Fee: $14.99 CAD Standard Shipping

For FREE SHIPPING, order must exceed $99 CAD.

Order Cut Off Time: 5:00pm (EST)

Order Handling Time: 0-1 days (Monday - Friday)

Transit Time: 3-12 days (Monday - Friday)

Shipping Couriers: UPS, Canada Post

Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an email with your order number and details. Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link. Additionally, we will notify you via email upon delivery of your order.

Lost Packages: If your package is market as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  1. Verify shipping address.
  2. Check all possible delivery locations at your residence.
  3. Ask neighbour or family member is they accepted the package.
  4. Contact the courier with your tracking number to initiate claim.

If your package is officially declared lost, contact us immediately with your order number. We will either reship your order or provide a refund based on your preference.
